Updates shouldn't take this long!

So I updated 3 of my programs today on the computer.  The first and suprisingly easiest of the three was updating some virus definitions for my Norton Professional Antivirus.  Next was updating my Java Browser.  I was sick of seeing this update pop up so I decided to do it.  It got stuck for a while, but finally managed to straighten itself out.  The 3rd update was to AIM.  It is at this point that I decided that anything ever made by the people at AOL is the biggest piece of crap in the history of big pieces of crap.  It took not one, not two or three, but four tries to get this thing to install.  3 restarts and 30 minutes later it still isn't doing what I wanted.  So to the people at AOL you are cordially invited to go f**k yourselves.  Everything about your company is crap, CRAP!

So that about sums up my last 30 minutes, pure frustration!  Thank god I don't actually pay for any of their services.
